How does AffiliateClub.com work?

Visitors to your website will see advertisements for AffiliateClub.com Casinos and Poker rooms. Your visitors can click on a link or creative to visit the respective casino or poker room website and view the promotions offered in more detail. Should they conclude a transaction, you earn a percentage of the revenue generated.

How do I sign up as an affiliate?

Simply Register on this site. Typically there is a 24-hour approval process. Once approved you will receive a welcome mailer and get access to the AffiliateClub.com portal. Here you can view and change your personal information, view your accounts, download banners, pop-ups, marketing material and promotional e-mails for inclusion in your website, as well as opt-in mailing lists. What's more, you will be able to promote our hugely successful casino clients together with our poker clients from one account number.

Who can participate and are there any costs involved?

Anyone can participate and it is absolutely free to sign up, free to promote and free to use the Marketing Tools available!

Must I have a website in order to become an Affiliate?

Typically, most of our affiliates promote our products through their own websites and online networks. However, if you want to promote our products offline, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you in your efforts.

How long will it take for my application to be approved?

AffiliateClub.com offers a personalized service, and the application process involves checking each application individually before granting approval to the programme. Generally, applications are reviewed and approved immediately. However, there are some instances when application reviews will require more information to be approved.

To speed to process up, please include as many details as possible when registering.

What will AffiliateClub.com pay me?

Our Commission Plans are the most competitive in the industry: AffiliateClub.com pays you on a revenue share basis unless otherwise agreed with your Affiliate Manager.

How do I know how much money am I making?

AffiliateClub.com is proud to announce that you can check your account statistics as often as you wish. Our system provides you with detailed, live reporting on your activity.

Our secure interface allows you to see exactly where your commission is coming from using a variety of custom reports.

When do I get paid?

AffiliateClub.com pays its affiliates on the 5th of every month. Minimum payout amount is €25. Should you not reach this level within that month we will simply carry your earnings forward to the next month until you reach the minimum payout amount.

How do I get paid?

All payments are processed by AffiliateClub.com by the 5th of the month via our payment processor, WebDollar.com. WebDollar is an integrated system that encompasses a variety of popular payment options such as Card, Bank Wire, MoneyBookers, ClickandBuy, NETeller, Click2Pay, Moneta.ru, Bank Draft, Giropay, eNETS, Netpay and Abagoos.

Please note that you do not need to open an account with WebDollar – an account is created automatically for you when you register with AffiliateClub.com.

When you are eligible for payment, a ‘Cashier’ button will appear on the homepage. Once you click on this button, it will automatically take you into WebDollar and allow you to enter your details for payment. Simple!

Can I promote more than one AffiliateClub.com brand?

Yes, you are allowed to promote as many brands as you like. The more you promote, the more you can potentially earn.

How do you track the players that I refer?

All the creatives (please see our Marketing Tools page) that you use are embedded with your personal affiliate tracking code.

AffiliateClub.com uses session tracking for all purposes, and the tag (session) is captured by our tracking software. Any further activity such as playing in one of the Casino or Poker roms, is allocated to this tag. This means that players only need one account for both CasinoClub.com & CasinoClubPoker.com. If players open separate accounts, their activity will be tracked separately.

Depending on your commission plan, you will earn commission as a result.

How long will I receive commission on players that I refer?

At AffiliateClub.com, you will earn commission on your players for the lifetime of the players.

Can commission decrease month on month?

Yes, players that you refer can win at AffiliateClub.com’s brands, thus reducing your commission. This may seem negative to you in the short term, but winning players are happy players who are likely to play more at the gaming venue for a longer period of time.

Your commission will never be negative as we do not carry over negative earnings!

What promotions are available to promote to my players?

What is our Spam & Privacy Policy?

AffiliateClub.com does not endorse or condone spamming, as this negatively affects perception of our products and services. Affiliates guilty of spamming will have their accounts locked pending further investigation. All affiliates are required to sign our no-spam warranty as part of the sign up process, in which they undertake not to send unsolicited mail. You will acknowledge this fact when registering an account at AffiliateClub.com.

Which countries are banned for players & Affiliates?

We allow affiliates to register with us who are based in the USA, but they are unable to play in our casino / poker rooms. Players are banned from registering with us as per all Boss Media Software licencees.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Check your welcome email and you should find your password there. Alternatively please use the "Forgot Password" link and follow instructions so the password is resent to you. If all else fails, please contact you Affiliate Manager and they will reset this for you.
